Privacy Policy (English)
Steven Huang ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Daily Strong mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the App.

Daily Strong is a fitness reference tool. It is not a medical device, not a substitute for professional medical advice, and not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. AI-powered pose detection, rep counting, and quality scoring are provided for general informational and motivational purposes only.
Before beginning any exercise program, consult a qualified healthcare professional — especially if you have or suspect any pre-existing medical condition, are pregnant or postpartum, are recovering from injury or surgery, or take medication that affects exertion, heart rate, or balance. You voluntarily assume all risk of injury, harm, illness, or loss arising from your use of the App.
Stop exercising immediately and seek medical attention if you experience chest pain, shortness of breath, dizziness, faintness, irregular heartbeat, severe joint or muscle pain, vision changes, or any other symptom that concerns you. The App is intended for users in generally good health aged 18 or older.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Processed on your device only (not collected by us)
- Camera frames. During a workout, the device camera streams frames to Google ML Kit for pose-landmark detection. All image processing happens entirely on your device. Camera frames are processed in real-time memory and are never stored, recorded, uploaded, or transmitted to any server we operate. No images leave your device.
1.2 Information we receive about you
- Purchase data. When you start a subscription or restore a purchase, transaction data is processed by Apple (App Store) and by RevenueCat, our subscription management provider. We receive subscription status (entitlement, product identifier, purchase date, expiration, store, ownership type). We do not receive or store your payment card number or billing address.
- Anonymous device identifier. RevenueCat assigns an anonymous identifier so it can associate the App Store receipt with your device and restore purchases. This identifier is not linked to your name, email, or any account.
1.3 Information stored locally on your device
The following items are stored exclusively on your device in the App's private storage area and are never transmitted to any server we operate (we do not operate any servers):
- Workout records: exercise type, rep count, duration, quality scores, step count (for jogging), timestamps.
- Personal bests, streaks, and milestone celebration history.
- App preferences: settings, notification preferences, fitness level (Beginner / Intermediate / Advanced / Elite), workout targets, voice and sound preferences.
- Notification schedules: daily reminder time and weekdays, streak protection settings.
- Subscription status cache: a local copy of your subscription status so the App can show the correct screens while offline.
You can erase all of this data at any time through Settings → Clear All Data, or by uninstalling the App.
1.4 Information you choose to share
These data flows only happen when you tap Share (or an equivalent control):
- Photos / Camera Roll (write-only on iOS). When you tap Share on a workout summary, the App writes a single image to your iOS Photos library. We request write-only access — we do not read, scan, or upload any of your existing photos.
- System share sheet. Tapping Share opens your operating system's share sheet, letting you forward the workout summary (image and/or text) to a third-party app of your choice (e.g., Messages, Mail, LINE, WhatsApp, social networks). Once content leaves Daily Strong, it is governed entirely by the receiving app's privacy practices — please consult that app's policy.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information described above to:
- Provide real-time pose detection and automatic rep counting during workouts.
- Track your workout history, streaks, personal bests, and milestone celebrations.
- Schedule local push notifications (daily reminders, streak protection, idle recall) based on your preferences. These notifications are generated and delivered entirely on your device — no remote push server is involved.
- Process in-app purchases and validate subscription entitlements.
- Diagnose problems and improve the App.
3. Third-Party Services
The App integrates the following third-party services. We disclose what each one receives so you can review their respective privacy policies:

On first launch, the App downloads the Inter and Space Grotesk typefaces from Google's font servers and caches them locally. Google receives the usual technical metadata of an HTTP request (IP address, User-Agent, requested font file), but no account identifier, workout data, or advertising identifier from us. We are evaluating bundling the fonts inside the App to remove this network call. |

The App does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, crash-reporting, attribution, or marketing services. No data is sent to any service we operate (we do not operate any servers).
4. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
We share information only in the following limited circumstances:
- Payment and subscription processing. Purchase data is shared with Apple and RevenueCat to process transactions and validate entitlements.
- Legal requirements. When required by law, regulation, subpoena, or other legal process, or to protect rights, safety, or property.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, in which case we will give notice before personal data is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
5. Data Storage and Security
- All workout data, preferences, and settings are stored locally on your device in the App's private storage area.
- We do not operate cloud servers or remote databases. Daily Strong has no account system.
- Camera frames are processed in real-time memory only and are never written to storage.
- Communication with RevenueCat, the App Store, and Google Fonts is encrypted in transit using HTTPS / TLS 1.2 or higher.
- The App only uses encrypted (HTTPS) connections — plain-text traffic is not permitted from the App.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
- On-device data. Workout records and preferences are retained on your device until you remove them. You can erase all on-device data at any time via Settings → Clear All Data, or by uninstalling the App. Uninstalling permanently removes all workout records, personal bests, and preferences from the device.
- Subscription data held by Apple and RevenueCat. Subject to Apple's and RevenueCat's retention policies. RevenueCat retains purchase receipts for as long as needed to provide subscription services. You may request deletion of records tied to your anonymous identifier by contacting us; we will pass the request to RevenueCat on your behalf.
- Verification. Because we do not collect direct identifiers (name, email, account ID), the most reliable way to identify your records is to provide your RevenueCat App User ID (visible in Settings → Subscription if available), the original purchase Apple ID region, and an approximate purchase date.
7. Your Rights
7.1 Rights available to all users
You have the right to:
- Access your workout data inside the App's History feature.
- Delete all your local data via Settings → Clear All Data, or by uninstalling the App.
- Request a copy of any personal data we hold by emailing the address below. An in-App data export feature is planned for a future release; until then we will handle requests manually within the timelines set out below.
7.2 European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland (GDPR)
If you are located in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you have the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation:
- Right of access (Art. 15) — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Right to rectification (Art. 16) — correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
- Right to erasure / "right to be forgotten" (Art. 17) — request deletion of your personal data. For on-device data, Settings → Clear All Data or uninstalling the App achieves this; for purchase records held by RevenueCat, contact us.
- Right to restrict processing (Art. 18).
- Right to data portability (Art. 20) — receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format. Contact us by email to request this.
- Right to object (Art. 21) — object to processing based on legitimate interests.
- Right to withdraw consent (Art. 7(3)) — where processing is based on consent, withdraw at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
- Right to lodge a complaint (Art. 77) with your local data protection supervisory authority.
Legal basis for processing:
- Contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b)) — providing App functionality and the subscription service you have purchased.
- Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) — improving the App, preventing fraud, and supporting Restore Purchases via the anonymous RevenueCat identifier.
Response time: We will respond to verifiable requests within 30 days, extendable by 60 additional days in complex cases as permitted by Art. 12(3).
7.3 California Residents (CCPA / CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
- Know what personal information is collected, used, shared, or sold (we do not sell personal information).
- Delete personal information collected from you.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising — we do not engage in either.
- Limit use of sensitive personal information — we do not collect sensitive personal information as defined by CPRA.
- Non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights.
In the preceding 12 months, the categories of personal information we have processed are: (a) commercial information (subscription transactions), (b) internet or other network activity information (limited to the technical metadata of font CDN requests described in Section 3), and (c) inferences drawn from on-device fitness data that never leave your device. We have not sold or "shared" (for cross-context behavioral advertising) any personal information.
Response time: We will respond within 45 days, extendable by 45 additional days as permitted by §1798.130(a)(2).
7.4 Taiwan (Personal Data Protection Act / 個人資料保護法)
If you are in Taiwan, you have the rights guaranteed by Article 3 of the Personal Data Protection Act:
- 查詢或請求閱覽 — request access to your personal data
- 請求製給複製本 — request a copy of your personal data
- 請求補充或更正 — request correction or supplementation
- 請求停止蒐集、處理或利用 — request cessation of collection, processing, or use
- 請求刪除 — request deletion
For users under 7 years of age, processing requires the consent of a legal representative. For users aged 7–20 (limited legal capacity under Taiwan's Civil Code), a legal representative must co-sign.
8. International Data Transfers
Because RevenueCat is headquartered in the United States, and Apple and Google operate global content-delivery networks, your purchase data, anonymous device identifier, and (if applicable) Google Fonts request metadata may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions outside the EEA, UK, Switzerland, or your country of residence.
For transfers from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, our third-party processors rely on appropriate safeguards including:
- Standard Contractual Clauses (Module 2, Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/914)
- EU–US Data Privacy Framework (where applicable to US-based processors)
- Adequacy decisions issued by the European Commission
You may request a copy of the safeguards in place by contacting us. For users in Taiwan, transfers are conducted in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and any applicable transfer restrictions.
9. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13 (under 16 in the EEA / UK; under 7 in Taiwan for independent consent). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below these ages. If we discover that a child below the applicable age has provided us with personal information without verifiable parental consent, we will promptly delete it.
The App Store age rating is set accordingly, and our marketing does not target children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us at the email address below.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated by an in-App notice or by prominently updating the "Last Updated" date. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.

Terms of Service (English)
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you" or "User") and Steven Huang, an individual developer based in Taiwan (R.O.C.) ("we", "our", or "us"). They govern your access to and use of the Daily Strong mobile application (the "App") and any related services we provide.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy above. If you do not agree, do not download, install, or use the App.
1. About the App
Daily Strong is an AI-assisted home-fitness application that uses your device camera and on-device machine learning to detect exercise poses, automatically count repetitions, score movement quality, and guide circuit-training sessions. Workout data is stored locally on your device. Premium features are available through an auto-renewing subscription described in Section 5.

3. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to enter into these Terms on your own behalf. In jurisdictions where the age of majority is higher (for example, age 20 in Taiwan for full legal capacity under the Civil Code), you must meet that age, or have a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
- The App is not directed to children under 13 (under 16 in the EEA / UK; under 7 in Taiwan for independent consent), and we do not knowingly accept users below those ages without verifiable parental consent.
- You represent that you (a) have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms; (b) are not barred from using the App under the laws of your jurisdiction; and (c) will use the App in compliance with all applicable laws.
4. License and Restrictions
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use the App on an Apple-branded device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
You agree not to:
- copy, modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App, except to the extent applicable law expressly permits;
- rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App;
- remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices (including copyright and trademark notices);
- use the App to violate any law, infringe any third-party right, or transmit any harmful or unlawful content;
- attempt to circumvent any subscription gating, license enforcement, or technical protection measure;
- use the App in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our or any third-party servers or networks.
Any rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by us.
5. Subscriptions, Free Trial, Billing & Cancellation
5.1 Subscription plans
Daily Strong offers an auto-renewing premium subscription ("Pro") that unlocks the full set of exercises, circuit training, and advanced features. Subscription plan options (weekly, monthly, annual) and current prices are displayed in the App's paywall before you confirm purchase. The exact price you pay is shown in your local currency by the App Store at the time of purchase.
5.2 Free trial (where offered)
When a plan includes an introductory free trial, the duration is displayed on the paywall only if you are eligible for that trial under App Store rules. Users who have previously used an introductory offer for the same subscription group may not be eligible, and the App Store will charge the regular price immediately.
Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically renew at the regular price shown on the paywall, charged through your Apple ID.
5.3 Auto-renewal
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period (week, month, or year) unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Renewal charges use the same price unless we have notified you of a price change in accordance with App Store rules.
- The App Store charges your account for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
5.4 Managing and cancelling your subscription
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings (Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on iOS). Uninstalling the App alone does not cancel your subscription.
5.5 Refunds
All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or by Apple's then-current App Store refund policy. Refunds are processed exclusively by Apple. To request a refund, follow the instructions at https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204084.
5.6 Price changes
We may change subscription prices from time to time. Where required by Apple's rules or applicable law, you will be notified in advance and given the opportunity to accept the new price or cancel before the next renewal.
5.7 Restore purchases
If you reinstall the App or change devices using the same Apple ID, you can restore your active subscription via Paywall → Restore Purchases or Settings → Restore Purchases.
6. Apple-Specific Terms (License between you and us; Apple as third-party beneficiary)
This Section 6 supplements (and prevails in case of conflict with) the rest of the Terms with respect to your use of the App on Apple devices.
- Acknowledgement. You acknowledge that these Terms are concluded between you and us only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). We — not Apple — are solely responsible for the App and its content.
- Scope of License. The license granted to you in Section 4 is limited to a non-transferable license to use the App on any Apple-branded products that you own or control and as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, except that the App may be accessed and used by other accounts associated with you via Family Sharing or volume purchasing.
- Maintenance and Support. We are solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services with respect to the App, as specified in these Terms or as required under applicable law. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App.
- Warranty. We are solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the App to you (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty will be our sole responsibility.
- Product Claims. We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the App or your possession and/or use of it, including but not limited to: (a) product liability claims; (b) any claim that the App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (c) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.
- Intellectual Property Rights. In the event of any third-party claim that the App or your possession and use of the App infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, we, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.
- Legal Compliance. You represent and warrant that (a) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (b) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- Developer Contact Information. For questions, complaints, or claims about the App, contact us at sky904567@gmail.com.
- Third-Party Terms of Agreement. You must comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the App.
- Third-Party Beneficiary. You and we acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and that, upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.
7. User Conduct
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:
- use the App in any way that could harm the App, our reputation, or other users;
- impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;
- use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the App without our prior written permission;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App or its related systems;
- use the App to develop a competing product or service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for any breach of these Terms.
8. User Content & Sharing
When you tap Share on a workout summary, the App generates an image (and optional text) and hands it to your operating system's share sheet for distribution through an app you choose (e.g., Messages, Mail, social networks). You retain all ownership rights in the content you create; we claim no ownership over your workout summaries.
Once content leaves Daily Strong via the share sheet, it is governed entirely by the receiving app's terms and privacy policy. You are solely responsible for the content you choose to share, including compliance with the receiving platform's rules and applicable law.
9. Intellectual Property
The App, including all software, designs, text, graphics, audio, images, animations, trademarks, logos, and the selection and arrangement thereof, is owned by Steven Huang or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
"Daily Strong" and any associated logos are trademarks of Steven Huang. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.
Third-party libraries used in the App are licensed under their respective open-source licenses, which take precedence to the extent of any conflict with these Terms.
10. Privacy
Our handling of personal information and on-device data is described in the Privacy Policy above, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the App you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.
11. Disclaimers (AS-IS)
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, and quiet enjoyment.
- We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, free of viruses or other harmful components, or that defects will be corrected.
- We do not warrant the accuracy of pose detection, rep counting, quality scoring, or step counting. These outputs depend on environmental conditions (lighting, camera angle, framing, clothing) and on the underlying machine learning model, and may produce false positives, false negatives, or inaccurate scores.
- We make no warranty regarding any third-party services (including Apple, Google ML Kit, RevenueCat, or Google Fonts), or that your use of such services will achieve any particular result.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- In no event will we, our affiliates, or our suppliers be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including without limitation damages for personal injury, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the App, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
- Our total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the App, regardless of the form of action, will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you actually paid to us through Apple in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability, or (b) NT$1,000.
- Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under applicable law (for example, liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Steven Huang from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with (a) your access to or use of the App; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property or privacy rights; or (d) any content you share via the App.
14. Termination
- These Terms remain in effect for as long as you use the App.
- You may terminate these Terms at any time by uninstalling the App and cancelling any active subscription through your Apple ID settings.
- We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or for any other reason in our sole discretion.
- Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 2 (Medical Disclaimer), 9 (IP), 11 (Disclaimers), 12 (Limitation of Liability), 13 (Indemnification), 15 (Governing Law), 16 (Changes), 17 (Miscellaneous), and 18 (Contact) — will survive termination.
15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.), without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
- The parties shall first attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms through informal negotiation by emailing sky904567@gmail.com.
- If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, the parties agree that the Taiwan Taipei District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
- If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction whose consumer-protection law grants you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence, nothing in this Section overrides that right.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. If the changes are material, we will provide reasonable advance notice through an in-App notice or other prominent means before they take effect.
Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the App and may cancel any subscription through your Apple ID settings.
17. Miscellaneous
- Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings.
- Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Steven Huang(以下簡稱「我們」)為 Daily Strong 行動應用程式(以下簡稱「本 App」)之開發者。本隱私權政策說明我們在您使用本 App 時,如何蒐集、使用、揭露及保護您的資訊。
⚠️ 健康免責聲明——使用本 App 前請務必閱讀。
Daily Strong 是健身輔助工具,並非醫療器材、不取代專業醫療建議、無意用於診斷、治療、治癒或預防任何疾病或身體狀況。本 App 提供之 AI 姿勢偵測、次數計算與動作品質評分等功能,僅供一般資訊參考與運動激勵用途。
在開始任何運動計畫前,您應諮詢合格的醫療專業人員——特別是您有或疑似有任何既存身體狀況(包括但不限於心血管、肌肉骨骼、神經系統、代謝相關疾病)、懷孕或產後恢復、傷後或術後復原、或正在服用會影響運動表現、心率或平衡感的藥物。您自願承擔使用本 App 所造成之任何受傷、傷害、疾病或損失之全部風險。
請立即停止運動並尋求醫療協助,若您出現胸痛、呼吸困難、頭暈、暈眩、心律不整、嚴重關節或肌肉疼痛、視覺異常,或其他您擔憂的症狀。本 App 適合身體健康狀況良好、年滿 18 歲以上之使用者。
1. 我們蒐集的資訊
1.1 僅在裝置端處理之資訊(非由我們蒐集)
- 相機畫面。訓練期間,裝置相機會將畫面串流給 Google ML Kit 進行姿勢關鍵點偵測。所有影像處理皆在您的裝置上完成;相機畫面僅在記憶體中即時處理,絕不儲存、錄製、上傳或傳輸至我們營運之任何伺服器。沒有任何影像離開您的裝置。
1.2 我們會接收到關於您的資訊
- 購買資料。當您訂閱或還原購買時,交易資料由 Apple(App Store)及我們的訂閱管理服務商 RevenueCat 處理。我們會收到訂閱狀態(權益、產品識別碼、購買日、到期日、商店、所有權類型)。我們不會收到亦不會儲存您的支付卡號或帳單地址。
- 匿名裝置識別碼。RevenueCat 指派一組匿名識別碼,用以將 App Store 收據與您的裝置綁定,以便還原購買。此識別碼不與您的姓名、電子郵件或任何帳號連結。
1.3 儲存於您裝置本機的資訊
下列資料僅儲存於您裝置上本 App 的專屬儲存空間,且絕不傳輸至我們營運之任何伺服器(我們不營運任何伺服器):
- 訓練紀錄:運動類型、次數、時長、品質評分、步數(慢跑用)、時間戳記。
- 個人最佳成績、連續訓練天數與里程碑慶祝紀錄。
- App 偏好設定:設定值、通知偏好、體能等級(初學者 / 中階 / 進階 / 菁英)、訓練目標、語音與音效偏好。
- 通知排程:每日提醒時間與星期、連續紀錄保護設定。
- 訂閱狀態快取:訂閱狀態的本機副本,用以離線時呈現正確 UI。
您可隨時透過設定 → 清除所有資料清空上述全部本機資料,或解除安裝本 App。
1.4 由您主動分享之資訊
下列資料流僅在您主動點擊「分享」(或同等控制項)時發生:
- 相簿(僅寫入,iOS)。當您於訓練摘要畫面點擊「分享」,本 App 會將「單張」摘要圖片寫入您的 iOS 相簿。我們僅請求「寫入」權限——不會讀取、掃描或上傳您相簿中既有的任何照片。
- 系統分享面板。點擊「分享」會喚起作業系統之分享面板,由您自行選擇將訓練摘要(圖片與/或文字)轉發至第三方 App(例如訊息、Mail、LINE、WhatsApp、社群網路等)。一旦內容離開 Daily Strong,後續處理完全依您所選 App 之隱私政策,請另行參照該 App 之政策。
2. 我們如何使用您的資訊
我們使用上述資訊以:
- 提供訓練期間的即時姿勢偵測與自動次數計算。
- 追蹤您的訓練歷史、連續紀錄、個人最佳成績與里程碑慶祝。
- 依您的偏好排程本機推播通知(每日提醒、連續紀錄保護、休息恢復提醒)。這些通知完全由您裝置端產生與送出,未經由任何遠端推播伺服器。
- 處理 App 內購買並驗證訂閱權益。
- 診斷問題並改進本 App。
3. 第三方服務
本 App 整合下列第三方服務。我們揭露每項服務所接收之資料範圍,供您審閱各家隱私政策:

4. 資料分享與揭露
我們不販售您的個人資訊。我們不為第三方之行銷目的分享您的個人資訊。我們僅在下列有限情況下分享資訊:
- 支付與訂閱處理。購買資料分享給 Apple 及 RevenueCat 以處理交易並驗證權益。
- 法律要求。依法律、法規、傳票或司法程序之要求,或為保障權利、安全或財產之必要。
- 企業交易。於合併、收購、重組或資產轉讓時,並會在個人資料移轉並適用不同隱私政策前事先通知您。
5. 資料儲存與安全
- 所有訓練資料、偏好設定與設定值皆儲存於您的裝置本機,位於本 App 的專屬儲存空間。
- 我們不營運雲端伺服器或遠端資料庫。Daily Strong 沒有帳號系統。
- 相機畫面僅於即時記憶體中處理,絕不持久化至儲存裝置。
- 與 RevenueCat、App Store 及 Google Fonts 之通訊皆以 HTTPS / TLS 1.2 或更高版本加密傳輸。
- 本 App 僅使用加密(HTTPS)連線,禁止任何明文 HTTP 流量。
6. 資料保存與刪除
- 裝置本機資料。訓練紀錄與偏好設定保留於您的裝置上,直至您主動移除。您可隨時透過設定 → 清除所有資料清空所有本機資料,或解除安裝本 App。解除安裝會永久移除裝置上之所有訓練紀錄、個人最佳成績與偏好設定。
- Apple 與 RevenueCat 持有之訂閱資料。依 Apple 及 RevenueCat 之保存政策。RevenueCat 為提供訂閱服務所需之期間保留購買收據;您可透過下方 email 聯絡我們,請求刪除與您匿名識別碼相關之紀錄,我們將代為轉達 RevenueCat。
- 身分驗證。由於我們不蒐集直接識別資料(姓名、email、帳號 ID),最可靠的識別方式是提供您的 RevenueCat App User ID(若 App 設定 → 訂閱可見)、原始購買的 Apple ID 區域,以及大致購買日期。
7. 您的權利
7.1 所有使用者皆有以下權利
您有權:
- 存取您的訓練資料(透過 App 內「歷史紀錄」功能)。
- 刪除您所有本機資料(設定 → 清除所有資料,或解除安裝本 App)。
- 請求副本任何我們持有之個人資料——透過下方 email 提出請求。App 內程式化資料匯出功能列入未來版本規劃;在此期間,我們將以下方時限手動處理請求。
7.2 歐洲經濟區、英國、瑞士使用者(GDPR)
若您位於歐洲經濟區、英國或瑞士,依《一般資料保護規則》(GDPR)您享有下列權利:
- 存取權(第 15 條)——請求取得我們持有之個人資料副本。
- 更正權(第 16 條)——更正不正確或不完整之個人資料。
- 刪除權/「被遺忘權」(第 17 條)——請求刪除您的個人資料。針對裝置本機資料,設定 → 清除所有資料或解除安裝即可達成;針對 RevenueCat 保管之購買紀錄,請聯絡我們。
- 限制處理權(第 18 條)。
- 資料可攜權(第 20 條)——以結構化、常用、可機讀之格式接收您的個人資料。請以 email 請求。
- 反對權(第 21 條)——對基於正當利益之處理提出反對。
- 撤回同意權(第 7(3) 條)——對基於同意所進行之處理,得隨時撤回同意,且不影響撤回前之處理合法性。
- 申訴權(第 77 條)——向您所在地之資料保護監管機關提出申訴。
處理法律基礎:
- 契約履行(第 6(1)(b) 條)——提供 App 功能與您已購買之訂閱服務。
- 正當利益(第 6(1)(f) 條)——改進 App、防範詐欺,並透過 RevenueCat 匿名識別碼支援「還原購買」。
回應時限:我們將於 30 日內回應可驗證之請求,依第 12(3) 條於複雜案件中得延長 60 日。
7.3 加州居民(CCPA / CPRA)
若您為加州居民,您享有下列權利:
- 知情權:知悉所蒐集、使用、分享或販售之個人資訊(我們不販售個人資訊)。
- 刪除權:刪除自您蒐集之個人資訊。
- 更正權:更正不正確之個人資訊。
- 拒絕販售/跨情境行為廣告權:本 App 未從事任一行為。
- 限制使用敏感個人資訊權:我們不蒐集 CPRA 定義之敏感個人資訊。
- 不歧視權:因行使隱私權而不受差別待遇。
過去 12 個月內,我們所處理之個人資訊類別為:(a) 商業資訊(訂閱交易)、(b) 網路或其他網路活動資訊(限於第 3 節所述之字型 CDN 請求技術 metadata),以及 (c) 由不會離開您裝置之本機健身資料所衍生之推論。我們未販售或為跨情境行為廣告目的「分享」任何個人資訊。
回應時限:我們將於 45 日內回應請求,依 §1798.130(a)(2) 得延長 45 日。
7.4 台灣(個人資料保護法)
若您位於台灣,依《個人資料保護法》第 3 條,您享有下列權利:
- 查詢或請求閱覽
- 請求製給複製本
- 請求補充或更正
- 請求停止蒐集、處理或利用
- 請求刪除
未滿 7 歲之兒童使用本服務應取得法定代理人之同意。年滿 7 歲未滿 20 歲之限制行為能力人,依台灣民法應由法定代理人同意。
8. 跨境資料傳輸
由於 RevenueCat 總部設於美國,且 Apple 與 Google 運作全球內容傳遞網路(CDN),您的購買資料、匿名裝置識別碼及(如適用)Google Fonts 請求 metadata,可能傳輸至並處理於歐洲經濟區、英國、瑞士或您所在地以外之司法管轄區。
針對自歐洲經濟區/英國/瑞士之傳輸,我們的第三方處理者採用適當之保障措施,包括:
- 標準契約條款(執委會實施決定 (EU) 2021/914 第 2 模組)
- 歐盟–美國資料隱私架構(適用於美國境內之處理者)
- 充分性決定(經歐洲執委會發布)
您可聯絡我們索取所採用保障措施之副本。針對台灣使用者,跨境傳輸依《個人資料保護法》及任何適用之傳輸限制進行。
9. 兒童隱私
本 App 並未針對 13 歲以下兒童設計(歐洲經濟區/英國為 16 歲以下;台灣依民法 7 歲以下無獨立同意能力)。我們不會明知地蒐集低於上述年齡兒童之個人資訊。若我們發現低於適用年齡之兒童在未經可驗證之父母同意下提供個人資訊,我們將立即刪除。
App Store 年齡分級已對應設定,且我們的行銷未針對兒童。若您認為兒童已向我們提供個人資料,請以下方 email 聯絡我們。
10. 本隱私權政策之變更
我們可能不時更新本隱私權政策,以反映實務、技術、法律要求或其他因素之變更。本頁頂部之「最後更新」日期表明政策最近一次修訂之時間。重大變更將以 App 內通知或顯著更新「最後更新」日期之方式告知。建議您定期審閱本隱私權政策。

本服務條款(以下簡稱「本條款」)為您(「您」或「使用者」)與個人開發者 Steven Huang(中華民國境內;以下簡稱「我們」)間具有法律效力之協議,規範您對 Daily Strong 行動應用程式(以下簡稱「本 App」)及相關服務之存取與使用。
當您下載、安裝、存取或使用本 App,即表示您同意受本條款及上方隱私權政策拘束。若您不同意,請勿下載、安裝或使用本 App。
1. 關於本 App
Daily Strong 是一款 AI 輔助居家健身應用程式,透過您的裝置相機與裝置端機器學習進行運動姿勢偵測、自動次數計算、動作品質評分,並指導組合訓練(circuit training)流程。訓練資料儲存於您的裝置本機。進階功能透過第 5 條所述之自動續訂訂閱解鎖。
2. ⚠️ 重要健康與醫療免責聲明
Daily Strong 是健身輔助工具,「並非」醫療器材、「不」取代專業醫療建議、「無意」用於診斷、治療、治癒或預防任何疾病或身體狀況。姿勢偵測、次數計算與品質評分僅供一般資訊參考與運動激勵用途。

3. 使用資格
- 您必須年滿 18 歲始得代表自身同意本條款。在規定成年年齡較高之司法管轄區(例如台灣民法之 20 歲完全行為能力),您必須達到該年齡,或由父母或法定代理人代為同意本條款。
- 本 App 未針對 13 歲以下兒童設計(歐洲經濟區/英國為 16 歲以下;台灣依民法 7 歲以下無獨立同意能力),且未取得可驗證之父母同意前,我們不會明知地接受低於上述年齡之使用者。
- 您聲明並保證:(a) 您具備同意本條款之法律能力;(b) 您所在司法管轄區之法律未禁止您使用本 App;以及 (c) 您將遵守所有適用法律使用本 App。
4. 授權與限制
在您遵守本條款之前提下,我們授予您一項有限、個人、非排他、不可轉讓、不可再授權、可撤銷之授權,允許您於您所擁有或控制之 Apple 裝置上安裝並使用本 App,僅供您個人非商業使用。
您不得:
- 複製、修改、改作、翻譯、逆向工程、反編譯、反組譯或試圖取得本 App 之原始碼,除非適用法律明文允許;
- 出租、出借、出售、轉售、再授權或商業利用本 App;
- 移除、遮蔽或變更任何專有標示(包括著作權與商標標示);
- 利用本 App 違反任何法律、侵害任何第三方權利,或傳輸任何有害或非法內容;
- 試圖規避任何訂閱閘、授權執行或技術保護措施;
- 以可能損害、停用、過載或損及我們或任何第三方伺服器或網路之方式使用本 App。
未明示授予您之權利,皆由我們保留。
5. 訂閱、免費試用、計費與取消
5.1 訂閱方案
Daily Strong 提供自動續訂之進階訂閱(「Pro」),解鎖完整運動清單、組合訓練及進階功能。訂閱方案選項(週、月、年)及當前價格於 App 之付費牆於您確認購買前顯示。您實際支付之金額由 App Store 於購買時以當地貨幣顯示。
5.2 免費試用(如有提供)
當方案包含免費試用時,期間長度於付費牆顯示——僅限您依 App Store 規則符合試用資格時。曾使用過相同訂閱群組之入門優惠之使用者可能不符資格,App Store 將立即以正價收費。
除非您於試用結束前至少 24 小時取消,否則您的訂閱將自動以付費牆顯示之正價續訂,並透過您的 Apple ID 扣款。
5.3 自動續訂
- 確認購買時,費用將從您的 Apple ID 帳戶扣款。
- 您的訂閱於每個計費期間(週、月、年)結束時自動續訂,除非您於當期結束前至少 24 小時取消。
- 續訂收費沿用相同價格,除非我們已依 App Store 規則通知您價格變更。
- App Store 將於當期結束前 24 小時內從您的帳戶扣款續訂。
5.4 管理與取消訂閱
您可隨時透過 Apple ID 設定管理或取消訂閱(iOS:設定 → [您的名稱] → 訂閱項目)。僅解除安裝本 App 無法取消訂閱。
5.5 退費
所有購買為最終且不可退費,除非適用法律或 Apple 當時生效之 App Store 退費政策另有要求。退費由 Apple 專責處理。申請退費請參照 https://support.apple.com/zh-tw/HT204084。
5.6 價格變更
我們可能不時調整訂閱價格。在 Apple 規則或適用法律要求時,我們將事前通知您,並讓您有機會接受新價格或於下次續訂前取消訂閱。
5.7 還原購買
若您重新安裝本 App 或更換裝置(使用相同 Apple ID),可透過付費牆 → 還原購買或設定 → 還原購買還原您的有效訂閱。
6. Apple 專屬條款(您與我們之授權;Apple 為第三方受益人)
本第 6 條補充(且於有衝突時優先於)本條款其餘部分,適用於您於 Apple 裝置上使用本 App 之情形。
- 確認。您確認本條款係僅由您與我們之間締結,並非與 Apple Inc.(以下簡稱「Apple」)締結。我們——而非 Apple——為本 App 及其內容之唯一負責人。
- 授權範圍。第 4 條所授予您之授權,限於不可轉讓之授權,允許您於您所擁有或控制之 Apple 品牌產品上,依 Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions 所載使用規則使用本 App;惟透過家人共享或大量採購功能與您關聯之其他帳戶,亦可存取及使用本 App。
- 維護與支援。我們為本 App 之維護與支援服務之唯一負責人(依本條款規定或適用法律要求)。Apple 不負任何維護與支援義務。
- 擔保。我們為任何明示或法律默示之產品擔保(於未有效排除之範圍內)之唯一負責人。如本 App 未符合任何適用擔保,您可通知 Apple,Apple 將退還您 App 之購買價(若有)。在適用法律允許之最大範圍內,Apple 對本 App 不負其他任何擔保義務,任何因擔保未符合所致之其他主張、損失、責任、損害、成本或費用,均由我們專責。
- 產品主張。我們,而非 Apple,為任何您或任何第三方就本 App 或您持有及/或使用本 App 所提出之主張之負責人,包括但不限於:(a) 產品責任主張;(b) 主張本 App 未符合任何適用法律或法規要求;以及 (c) 依消費者保護、隱私或類似法令所生之主張。
- 智慧財產權。若有任何第三方主張本 App 或您持有及使用本 App 侵害該第三方之智慧財產權,我們,而非 Apple,將為唯一負責人,負責調查、防禦、和解及解決此等智慧財產侵害主張。
- 法律遵循。您聲明並保證:(a) 您並非位於美國政府實施禁運之國家,或被美國政府指定為「支持恐怖主義」之國家;以及 (b) 您未列於任何美國政府禁止或受限對象名單。
- 開發者聯絡資訊。如有關於本 App 之問題、申訴或主張,請聯絡:sky904567@gmail.com。
- 第三方協議條款。您使用本 App 時須遵守適用之第三方協議條款。
- 第三方受益人。您與我們確認並同意,Apple 及其子公司為本條款之第三方受益人,於您接受本條款後,Apple 將有權(且視為已接受該權利)以第三方受益人身分對您執行本條款。
7. 使用者行為
您同意僅以合法目的及依本條款使用本 App。您不得:
- 以任何可能損害本 App、我們的聲譽或其他使用者之方式使用本 App;
- 冒充任何人或實體,或不實表示您與他人或實體之關係;
- 未經我們事先書面同意,使用任何機器人、爬蟲、抓取器或其他自動化方式存取本 App;
- 試圖未經授權存取本 App 之任何部分或相關系統;
- 利用本 App 開發競爭性產品或服務。
我們保留隨時因您違反本條款或其他原因暫停或終止您存取本 App 之權利。
8. 使用者內容與分享
當您於訓練摘要畫面點擊分享,本 App 會產生一張圖片(及選擇性文字)並交予作業系統之分享面板,以分發至您選擇之 App(例如訊息、Mail、社群網路等)。您保留您所建立內容之全部所有權;我們不主張對您訓練摘要之任何所有權。
一旦內容經由分享面板離開 Daily Strong,後續處理完全依您所選 App 之條款與隱私政策。您應為您選擇分享之內容自負全責,包括遵守接收平台之規則與適用法律。
9. 智慧財產權
本 App,包括所有軟體、設計、文字、圖形、音訊、影像、動畫、商標、標誌及其選擇與編排,歸 Steven Huang 或其授權人所有,受著作權、商標及其他智慧財產法保護。
「Daily Strong」及相關標誌為 Steven Huang 之商標。未經我們事先書面同意,您不得使用這些標誌。
本 App 使用之第三方開源套件,適用各自之開源授權條款,於與本條款衝突之範圍內,該等授權條款優先適用。
10. 隱私
我們對個人資訊與裝置端資料之處理方式,詳載於上方隱私權政策,該政策併入本條款作為一部分。當您使用本 App,即表示您已閱讀並理解該隱私權政策。
11. 免責聲明(現狀提供)
在適用法律所允許之最大範圍內:
- 本 App 以「現狀」(AS IS)及「可用狀況」(AS AVAILABLE)提供,不附帶任何明示、默示、法定或其他擔保,包括但不限於可售性、特定目的之適用性、準確性、不侵權及和平享用之擔保。
- 我們不擔保本 App 將不間斷、無錯誤、安全、無病毒或其他有害組件,亦不擔保缺陷將獲修正。
- 我們不擔保姿勢偵測、次數計算、品質評分或步數計算之準確性。這些輸出取決於環境條件(光線、相機角度、取景、衣著)及底層機器學習模型,可能產生誤判、漏判或不準確之評分。
- 我們對任何第三方服務(包括 Apple、Google ML Kit、RevenueCat 或 Google Fonts)不為任何擔保,亦不擔保您使用此等服務將達成任何特定結果。
部分司法管轄區不允許排除特定擔保,故上述部分排除可能不適用於您。
12. 責任限制
在適用法律所允許之最大範圍內:
- 在任何情況下,我們、我們的關係企業或供應商,均不對您因使用或無法使用本 App 所引起或相關之任何間接、附帶、特殊、衍生、懲戒性或懲罰性損害負責,包括但不限於人身傷害、利潤損失、資料損失、業務中斷或商譽損失之損害,無論係基於契約、侵權、過失、嚴格責任或其他法律理論,即使我們已被告知該等損害之可能性。
- 我們對您因本 App 引起或相關之所有主張之累計總責任,無論訴訟形式為何,不超過下列二者中較高者:(a) 過去 12 個月內您經由 Apple 實際支付予我們之金額,或 (b) 新台幣 1,000 元。
- 本條款不限制或排除依適用法律不得限制或排除之責任(例如因過失致死或人身傷害之責任,或詐欺責任)。
13. 損害補償
您同意就因下列事項所生之任何主張、責任、損害、損失與費用(包括合理之律師費及訴訟費),補償、防禦並使 Steven Huang 免受損害:(a) 您存取或使用本 App;(b) 您違反本條款;(c) 您侵害任何第三方權利,包括智慧財產或隱私權;或 (d) 您透過本 App 分享之任何內容。
14. 終止
- 本條款於您使用本 App 期間持續有效。
- 您可隨時透過解除安裝本 App 並透過 Apple ID 設定取消任何有效訂閱,以終止本條款。
- 若我們合理認為您違反本條款,或基於我們唯一裁量之其他原因,我們可隨時無預警暫停或終止您對本 App 之存取。
- 因其性質應於終止後仍存續之條款——包括第 2 條(健康免責)、第 9 條(智慧財產)、第 11 條(免責)、第 12 條(責任限制)、第 13 條(損害補償)、第 15 條(準據法)、第 16 條(變更)、第 17 條(雜項)及第 18 條(聯絡)——於終止後仍存續。
15. 準據法與爭議解決
- 本條款以中華民國(台灣)法律為準據法,排除其衝突法則之適用。
- 雙方應就因本條款所生或相關之任何爭議,首先以善意透過 email sky904567@gmail.com 進行非正式協商。
- 若爭議於 30 日內未能透過協商解決,雙方同意以台灣台北地方法院為第一審管轄法院,但強制法律另有規定者除外。
- 若您為居住於歐洲聯盟、英國或其他司法管轄區之消費者,且該地之消費者保護法賦予您於居住地提起訴訟之權利,本條款不剝奪該等權利。
16. 本條款之變更
我們可能不時更新本條款。屆時,我們將更新本頁頂部之「最後更新」日期。若變更屬重大者,我們將透過 App 內通知或其他顯著方式於生效前合理事先通知您。
於變更生效後您繼續使用本 App,即視為接受修訂後之條款。若您不同意修訂後條款,您必須停止使用本 App,並可透過 Apple ID 設定取消任何訂閱。
17. 雜項
- 完整協議。本條款連同隱私權政策,構成您與我們之間關於本 App 之完整協議,並取代所有先前或同時之理解。
- 可分割性。若本條款任一條款被認定為無效或不可執行,該條款應於允許範圍內最大限度地執行,其餘條款仍維持完全效力。
- 不棄權。我們未執行任何權利或條款,不視為對該權利或條款之棄權。
- 轉讓。未經我們事先書面同意,您不得依法或其他方式轉讓本條款。我們得自由轉讓本條款。
- 無代理關係。本條款不創設任何代理、合夥、合資或僱傭關係。
- 標題。各條標題僅供參考,不具法律效力。
- 語文。本條款以英文及繁體中文提供。若有不一致時,以英文版為準,但您所在司法管轄區之強制法律另有規定者除外。
