Dressly
Dressly ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Dressly mobile application (the "App"), a virtual outfit try-on tool. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles your information.
We want to be direct: we do not collect, receive, or store any personal information about you on our servers, because the App has no servers and makes no network connections for the purpose of collecting your data.
The App does work with the following information locally on your device only:
All of this image processing happens on your device. These photos are not transmitted to us or to any third party.
The App stores your preferences and settings (such as in-app options and your language selection) locally on your device using your operating system's standard local storage. This data does not leave your device and is not associated with any identity.

We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, analytics, or any purpose beyond operating the App on your device.
The App requests the following device permissions. Each is used only for the stated purpose, and you can grant or revoke them at any time in your device settings.

Denying these permissions may disable the related features but does not otherwise affect your privacy, since no data is collected regardless.
The App does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, authentication, crash-reporting, or cloud-storage services (such as Google Firebase, Google Analytics, AdMob, or similar). No software development kit in the App collects your data or sends it off your device.
System share feature: When you choose to share a try-on result, the App hands the image to your device's built-in share interface. At that point, the destination you select (for example, a messaging app, social network, or email client) is operated by a third party and governed by that party's own privacy policy. This only happens when you actively choose to share, and we have no control over or visibility into what that destination does with the content.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information, because we do not collect it. There are no service providers, advertising partners, or analytics partners receiving your data through the App.
The only way content leaves your device is if you explicitly export or share it (for example, saving to your photo library or using the share feature to send it to another app). Those actions are entirely under your control.
We may disclose information only if strictly required to do so by law, regulation, or valid legal process — however, because we do not hold your personal data, in practice we have nothing to disclose.
Because we do not store your data, there is no account or server-side record for you to request deletion of from us.
We respect the data-protection rights described below. Note that, because the App does not collect or store your personal data on our systems, many of these rights are satisfied automatically — you remain in full control of the data on your own device, and you can access, modify, or delete it directly through your device.
If you are in these regions, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. As the App processes data only locally on your device and does not transmit personal data to us, we do not act as a controller or processor of personal data collected through the App.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request its deletion, to opt out of its sale or sharing, and to non-discrimination for exercising your rights. We do not collect, sell, or share your personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA.
If you are in Taiwan, you have the right to inquire about and access your personal data, to request correction or supplementation, and to request that collection, processing, or use cease and that your data be deleted. Because Dressly does not collect or hold your personal data, the data on your device remains entirely within your own control.
The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Because the App does not collect personal information from any user, this applies to all users by design. If you believe a child has used the App in a way that raises a concern, please contact us at the address below.
The App does not transfer your data internationally, because it does not transmit your personal data off your device. Any data remains on your device in your country of use.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example to reflect new App features or changes in the law. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this document and, where appropriate, provide notice within the App. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically.

內容離開您裝置的唯一方式，是您本人明確地匯出或分享（例如儲存至相簿、或透過分享功能傳送到另一個 App）。這些動作完全由您控制。
我們僅在法律、法規或有效法律程序嚴格要求時揭露資訊——然而由於我們未持有您的個人資料，實際上我們也沒有任何可揭露的內容。
由於我們不儲存您的資料，沒有任何可向我們請求刪除的帳號或伺服器端紀錄。
