MingCard ("the App") is an entertainment app inspired by traditional Chinese culture. It combines BaZi (Four Pillars of Destiny), on-device face-shape analysis, and the I Ching to generate personalized "Destiny Cards" for self-reflection and amusement. This page contains two parts: our Privacy Policy (Part 1) and our Terms of Service (Part 2). The App is provided by Steven Huang, an individual developer ("we", "us"). You can reach us any time at sky904567@gmail.com. By downloading or using MingCard, you agree to this Privacy Policy and these Terms of Service.
MingCard does not operate any backend server. Your personal data stays on your device and is never uploaded to us. We use no analytics, no tracking, no advertising, and no crash-reporting services.

Information you provide. To generate a reading, you may enter your birth date, birth time, and (optionally) birth location. This information is stored only on your device and is used solely to calculate your readings.
Camera / Face Reading (optional). If you use the Face Reading feature, the App captures a single still image, runs Google ML Kit face detection on your device to read generic facial landmarks (such as the positions of your eyes and the proportions of your features), and then immediately deletes the photo when the analysis finishes. The only information kept on your device is a non-unique, categorical face-shape label (for example "oval" or "round") and a corresponding Five Element label.
This is not a biometric identification system. We do not create, store, or compare any faceprint, face template, or other unique biometric identifier, and we never use your image to identify you. The photo and facial landmarks never leave your device and are never backed up to iCloud or Google.
Subscription information. If you subscribe to MingCard Pro, your subscription status (active/inactive, plan, and expiry) is managed by RevenueCat, Inc., which assigns a pseudonymous identifier (an opaque ID that does not, by itself, identify you) and records subscription events and your device platform. Your actual payment — including any card details — is handled entirely by Apple or Google. We never see, receive, or store your payment information.
Information we do not collect. We do not collect your name, email, phone number, contacts, calendar, location history, health data, or usage analytics, and we do not track you across apps or websites.
Sharing (optional). If you choose to share a Destiny Card, the App opens your device's standard share sheet so you can send the generated image to apps you pick. This is initiated by you and handled by your operating system; we do not upload or transmit it ourselves.
We use the information above only to: (a) calculate and display your readings; (b) personalize the entertainment content you see; and (c) unlock Pro features for active subscribers. We do not use your information for marketing, profiling, advertising, training machine-learning models, or selling to third parties.

Because your data lives only on your device, you stay in control of it:
Because we keep no copy of your personal data on any server, there is no server-side database of your information that could be breached. Data on your device is protected by your device's own security (passcode, biometric lock, and operating-system sandboxing).
MingCard is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The App is intended for users aged 13 and over.
Depending on where you live (for example, under the EU/UK GDPR or the California CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Because your data is stored only on your device, you can exercise these rights directly at any time by viewing, editing, or deleting it in the App. If you have any questions or requests, contact us at sky904567@gmail.com.
The App can be used worldwide. As we do not collect or transfer your personal data off your device, using the App does not involve an international transfer of your data by us.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you and Steven Huang, an individual developer ("we", "us"), governing your use of MingCard.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the App. By using MingCard, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use MingCard on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and to the rules of the app store you downloaded it from.
MingCard is provided for entertainment and cultural interest, and for reference only. Its readings, interpretations, and suggestions are not professional advice of any kind — including medical, psychological, financial, legal, or relationship advice — and should not be relied upon as such. Always use your own judgment and consult a qualified professional for important decisions.
MingCard offers an optional auto-renewable subscription, MingCard Pro, which unlocks the App's Pro features. These terms are also shown in the App and follow Apple App Store Review Guideline 3.1.2 and Google Play's subscription requirements.
Plans. MingCard Pro is offered in three auto-renewing lengths:

Price. The exact price is shown in the App before you confirm a purchase, in your local currency as set by the app store for your region. There is no free trial.
Payment. Payment is charged to your Apple ID (or Google account) when you confirm the purchase. We never see, receive, or store your payment card details — all payments are processed by Apple or Google.
Auto-renewal. Your subscription renews automatically for another period of the same length unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Each renewal is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at the same price as your current plan, within the 24 hours before the period ends, unless we have given you advance notice of a price change.
Managing or cancelling. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your account settings:
Turning off auto-renewal stops the next charge but lets you keep Pro features until the end of the period you already paid for. A subscription period that has already started cannot be cancelled mid-period, and no partial-period refund is provided. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription — you must cancel through your Apple ID or Google account.
Refunds. Purchases are made through the app store, so refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. We cannot issue refunds for app-store purchases directly. Your statutory consumer rights under applicable local law are not affected. If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA, or UK, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from your purchase; to exercise it, contact us at sky904567@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase and we will support your refund request with Apple or Google.
Restoring purchases. To restore Pro on a new device or after reinstalling, sign in with the same Apple ID or Google account and tap "Restore Purchases" on the paywall. We cannot recover a subscription tied to a different account.
Apple Standard EULA. Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store are also governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula
You agree not to: reverse-engineer, copy, resell, or redistribute the App or its content except as permitted by law; use the App for any unlawful purpose; or interfere with the App's operation or security.
The App — including its design, text, graphics, interface, animations, and all BaZi, face-reading, and I Ching content — is owned by Steven Huang (or duly licensed) and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Your license to use the App does not transfer any ownership to you.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its entertainment output will meet any particular expectation. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of the above may not apply to you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the App or any reliance on its entertainment output. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your mandatory consumer rights.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China), without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. This does not override any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence; where such law gives you stronger rights, those rights apply.

MingCard（以下稱「本 App」）是一款以中華傳統文化為靈感的娛樂 App，結合八字（四柱命理）、裝置端面相分析與易經，為您生成個人化的「命盤卡」，供自我省思與娛樂之用。本頁包含兩部分：第 1 部分為隱私權政策、第 2 部分為服務條款。本 App 由個人開發者 Steven Huang（以下稱「我們」）提供，您隨時可透過 sky904567@gmail.com 聯絡我們。下載或使用 MingCard 即表示您同意本隱私權政策與服務條款。
MingCard 沒有運作任何後端伺服器。您的個人資料只留在您的裝置上，從不會上傳給我們。我們不使用任何分析、追蹤、廣告或崩潰回報服務。

您主動提供的資訊。為生成命盤解讀，您可能會輸入出生日期、出生時間，以及（選填）出生地。這些資料僅儲存於您的裝置上，僅用於計算您的命盤解讀。
相機／面相分析（選用）。若您使用面相分析功能，本 App 會拍攝一張靜態照片，在您的裝置上透過 Google ML Kit 臉部偵測讀取一般性的臉部關鍵點（例如眼睛位置與五官比例），分析完成後立即刪除該張照片。儲存在您裝置上的，只有非唯一、分類性的臉型標籤（例如「鵝蛋臉」或「圓臉」）以及對應的五行屬性標籤。
本功能並非生物辨識系統。我們不會建立、儲存或比對任何臉紋、臉部模板或其他可唯一識別的生物特徵資料，也絕不會以您的影像來識別您。照片與臉部關鍵點絕不離開您的裝置，也不會備份至 iCloud 或 Google。
訂閱資訊。若您訂閱 MingCard Pro，您的訂閱狀態（啟用／停用、方案、到期日）由 RevenueCat, Inc. 管理，並會指派一組假名識別碼（一個不可單獨識別您的不透明 ID），並記錄訂閱事件與您的裝置平台。實際的付款——包括任何卡片資訊——完全由 Apple 或 Google 處理。我們絕不會看到、收到或儲存您的付款資訊。
我們不蒐集的資訊。我們不蒐集您的姓名、電子郵件、電話號碼、聯絡人、行事曆、位置歷史、健康資料或使用分析數據，也不會跨 App 或網站追蹤您。
分享（選用）。若您選擇分享一張命盤卡，本 App 會開啟裝置的標準分享面板，讓您將生成的圖片傳送至您選擇的 App。此動作由您發起、由作業系統處理；我們本身不會上傳或傳輸該內容。
我們僅將上述資訊用於：(a) 計算與顯示您的命盤解讀；(b) 個人化您看到的娛樂內容；(c) 為已訂閱使用者解鎖 Pro 功能。我們不會將您的資訊用於行銷、剖析、廣告、訓練機器學習模型或出售給第三方。

由於您的資料只存在於您的裝置上，您始終握有控制權：
由於我們未在任何伺服器上保留您的個人資料副本，因此沒有任何伺服器端資料庫可能被入侵。儲存在您裝置上的資料，由您裝置本身的安全機制（密碼、生物辨識鎖、作業系統沙箱）所保護。
MingCard 並非針對 13 歲以下兒童設計，我們也不會刻意蒐集 13 歲以下兒童的個人資訊。本 App 適合 13 歲（含）以上使用者使用。

本服務條款（以下稱「本條款」）為您與個人開發者 Steven Huang（以下稱「我們」）之間具法律拘束力之協議，規範您對 MingCard 的使用。
您須年滿 13 歲（或您所在國家所要求之最低年齡）才能使用本 App。使用 MingCard 即表示您同意本條款。若您不同意，請勿使用本 App。
我們授予您一項個人、非專屬、不可轉讓、可撤銷之授權，得於您所擁有或控制之裝置上下載並使用 MingCard，僅供您個人非商業使用，且須遵守本條款以及您下載本 App 所屬之 App 商店之規則。
MingCard 僅供娛樂與文化興趣，並僅供參考。所提供之解讀、詮釋與建議並非任何形式的專業意見——包括醫療、心理、財務、法律或感情建議——不應作為依據。請依您自身判斷行事，重要決定請諮詢合格的專業人士。
MingCard 提供一項可選的自動續訂訂閱方案——MingCard Pro，解鎖本 App 的 Pro 功能。下列條款也會在 App 內顯示，並符合 Apple App Store Review Guideline 3.1.2 與 Google Play 訂閱要求。

價格。確切價格會在您確認購買之前顯示於 App 內，以 App 商店為您所在地區設定之當地貨幣計價。不提供免費試用。
付款。當您確認購買時，款項將自您的 Apple ID（或 Google 帳號）扣款。我們絕不會看到、收到或儲存您的支付卡細節——所有付款由 Apple 或 Google 處理。
自動續訂。您的訂閱會自動續訂相同期長之新一期，除非您於當期結束至少 24 小時前關閉自動續訂。除非我們事先通知您價格變更，否則每次續訂將於當期結束前 24 小時內，以與目前方案相同之價格向您的 Apple ID 或 Google 帳號扣款。
管理或取消。您可隨時透過帳號設定管理或取消訂閱：
關閉自動續訂會停止下一次扣款，但您可繼續使用 Pro 功能直到已付費期間結束。已開始之訂閱期間無法在期間中途取消，亦不提供按比例退款。刪除本 App 不會取消您的訂閱——您必須透過 Apple ID 或 Google 帳號取消。
退款。購買透過 App 商店進行，因此退款由 Apple 或 Google 依其政策處理。我們無法直接為 App 商店購買發出退款。您依適用當地法律享有之法定消費者權利不受影響。若您是歐盟、EEA 或英國的消費者，您享有自購買後 14 天內依法可行使之撤回權；行使請於購買後 14 天內聯絡 sky904567@gmail.com，我們將協助您向 Apple 或 Google 提出退款請求。
還原購買。若要在新裝置上或重新安裝後還原 Pro，請以同一個 Apple ID 或 Google 帳號登入，並於 Paywall 上點選「還原購買」。我們無法還原綁定於其他帳號的訂閱。

您同意不會：除法律許可外，對本 App 或其內容進行還原工程、複製、轉售或再散布；將本 App 用於任何違法目的；或干擾本 App 的運作或安全性。
本 App ——包括其設計、文字、圖形、介面、動畫，以及所有八字、面相、易經相關內容——之所有權屬於 Steven Huang（或經合法授權使用），並受著作權、商標及其他法律保護。您使用本 App 的授權不會將任何所有權移轉給您。
本 App 係以「現狀」及「現有狀況」提供，於法律允許之最大範圍內，不附帶任何明示或默示之擔保。我們不保證本 App 不會中斷或無錯誤，亦不保證其娛樂性內容符合任何特定期待。某些司法管轄區不允許排除特定擔保，因此上述部分內容可能不適用於您。
於法律允許之最大範圍內，我們對您因使用（或無法使用）本 App、或對其娛樂性內容之任何信賴所引起之任何間接、附隨、特殊、衍生或懲罰性損害，或任何資料或利潤之損失，概不負責。本條款不限制任何依適用法律不得限制之責任，包括您依法享有之強制性消費者權利。
我們可能不時更新本條款。更新時將修訂頁首之「最後更新」日期。變更生效後您繼續使用本 App，即視為您接受修訂後的條款。
本條款受中華民國（臺灣）法律規範，並不適用其法律衝突規則。本條不會凌駕您依居住地法律所享有之任何強制性消費者保護權利；於該等法律賦予您更強保護時，從其規定。
